1. About this website.
infraxushq.com provides information about Infraxus bookkeeping, lets a business owner contact Liam Collier by text, call or form, lets them book a free 15 minute call, and lets them start a bookkeeping subscription with a free first month. Bookkeeping is performed inside the client's own QuickBooks Online or Xero file.
2. General information only.
All content on this website, including text, visuals and the founder's video, is provided for general information purposes only.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Bookkeeping is a service, not advice. Nothing in it is tax, audit, legal or accounting compliance advice. The monthly note on your numbers is commentary on your own records, prepared in the course of the bookkeeping, and is not a substitute for advice from your CPA or attorney.
3. Standing of the firm.
Infraxus is not a public accounting firm and does not provide services that require a license to practice public accountancy. We do not audit, review or compile financial statements, we do not issue any form of assurance, and we do not prepare or file tax returns. Your CPA does that work. We keep the books tax ready, prepare the 1099 information, and hand your CPA the year end information they need.
4. Bookkeeping subscriptions.
This section applies where you start a monthly bookkeeping subscription through this website.
What is included
We keep your books in your own QuickBooks Online or Xero file. That means the bank and card feeds reconciled every week, transactions coded and receipts matched, accounts payable and receivable kept current, the chart of accounts maintained, and a month end close by the fifth business day of the following month that leaves a profit and loss, a balance sheet and a cash flow you can rely on. Each month comes with a written note on your numbers, signed off by Liam Collier, and at year end your CPA receives a year end pack with the 1099 information prepared.
Setting up your file and bringing the books current back to the start of your current fiscal year is included at no extra charge, and is done within 48 hours of our access being granted. Work on periods before that date is quoted separately and in writing, and no such work starts until you have accepted that quote.
Tiers and what sets yours
The subscription is sold in three tiers, priced on your annual revenue: Solo to US$250,000, Team from US$250,000 to US$1,000,000, Growth from US$1,000,000 to US$3,000,000. A tier is sized for a business of ordinary complexity at that revenue. Each subscription carries the following monthly caps:
- Bank and card transactions: 150 a month on Solo, 400 on Team, 900 on Growth.
- Connected accounts: 3 on Solo, 6 on Team, 12 on Growth, counting every bank account, credit card, loan and payment processor feeding the file.
- Legal entities: one entity and one accounting file per subscription, on every tier. A second entity is quoted separately, and minor entities are often free on their transaction volume.
- Payroll headcount: 5 on Solo, 20 on Team, 50 on Growth. We do the bookkeeping and reconciliation for payroll run by your payroll provider; we are not the payroll provider and we do not file payroll taxes.
- Accounts payable and receivable: 40 documents a month on Solo, 120 on Team, 250 on Growth, counting bills and sales invoices coded or chased.
The tier you choose is confirmed in the first conversation, inside your free period, so it is settled before you are charged anything. If your revenue falls in a different band, we tell you and you may move to the correct tier or cancel, in either case before the first charge. If your revenue moves you into a different band later, we tell you and the change applies from your next billing date, never retroactively.
When the caps are exceeded
Caps are a repricing trigger, not a stop. If your file runs above a cap for two consecutive months we will tell you in writing, show you the counts we are using, and propose the tier that fits. A new price takes effect no earlier than 30 days after that notice and never retroactively. You may accept it, reduce the volume, or cancel before it takes effect and owe nothing further. We do not suspend work while this is being agreed, and we do not bill an overage charge.
The free first month
Every subscription starts with a free month, including the cleanup of your current fiscal year. The free period is 30 days, and nothing is charged before day 31. No card is needed to start. We confirm fit in the first conversation. We may decline to start, or end the free period at any time before the first charge, by email. If we do, you owe nothing and we remove our access to your file.
Before the free period ends we send you a link to add a card if you want to continue. If no card is on file by the end of the free period, the subscription pauses, nothing is charged and you owe nothing. The work done by then is yours to keep. If you add a card later, the subscription restarts from that point.
Billing
Once a card is on file, the subscription is billed monthly, month to month, on the same date each month, renewing until you cancel. We email you the day before the first charge so it is never a surprise. Prices are in United States dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe: a card is added on Stripe's own secure page, and no card details are held by us at any point.
Founding clients
The first ten United States clients keep the founding rate for their tier (Solo US$249, Team US$399, Growth US$599 a month) for as long as the subscription stays active and in good standing. A founding place is taken when access to your accounting file is granted, not when you sign up. The founding rate survives a tier change: you move to the founding rate of the new tier, not the public rate. It does not transfer to another business or another entity, and it ends if the subscription is canceled. The public rate (Solo US$349, Team US$549, Growth US$849 a month) applies to everyone after the first ten.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by emailing liam@infraxus.com, or by replying to any email from us. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
Cancel before your next billing date and nothing further is charged. Cancel during the free period and you are never charged at all. Any work we have done by then is still yours to keep, and your QuickBooks Online or Xero file, which was always yours, keeps everything we did in it. We then remove our own user access. After you cancel, the period you have paid for is your last. We finish that period's work and nothing further is charged.
Thirty days money back: cancel within 30 days of your first charge and that month is refunded in full.
Close guarantee
When the records we request for a month are with us by the second of the following month and the close for that month is not finished by the fifth business day, that month's bookkeeping fee is credited or refunded in full.
Access to your accounting file
The subscription runs in your own QuickBooks Online or Xero file. You grant us access from inside your own file, as a user you invite, and you may revoke it at any time. We never ask for your online banking password. The file, its data and its history stay yours throughout and after: you own your data and can export it from your file at any time. Our access to your file is removed within 30 days of the engagement ending. Revoking access ends our ability to do the work, so it is treated as notice to cancel unless you tell us otherwise.
